What you will do
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing paying customers to build relationships.
- Conduct free training sessions to help customers better utilize the platform.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and feature adoption.
- Explain platform features and best practices to non-technical users in a friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting on calls made and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations.
Requirements
- Spotless/fluent English (mandatory).
- Ability and willingness to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strict availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time (CST).
- Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style.
- Highly disciplined and organized approach.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
