AI Solutions Architect (Communications): Building and optimizing intelligent systems using Claude and other LLM technologies to amplify the effectiveness of the Communications team with an accent on workflow automation, content and knowledge management, and communications systems. Focus on translating complex communications requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with engineering, and enabling non-technical teams to use AI tools effectively.

Location: Hybrid, must work from one of our offices in New York City, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $255,000–$320,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify automation and improvement opportunities across the Communications team.
• Lead the development of Claude-powered productivity tooling for communications workflows.
• Partner with the engineering team to design, build, and deploy AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enable Comms team members to use AI tools effectively.
• Maintain a living knowledge base of all workflow improvements and tools.
• Measure the impact of automations and share learnings across hirify.global.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or technical product experience, including building data-driven productivity solutions with AI or automation.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying automations focused on content/knowledge management, operations processes, or communications systems.
• Ability to translate complex communications requirements into technical solutions and work effectively with non-technical and engineering stakeholders.
• Excellence in program management with demonstrated ability to build initiatives from the ground up in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using Claude and other LLM technologies to solve real operational problems.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of communications workflows, including PR, media relations, coverage tracking, and executive briefings.
• Experience with sentiment analysis, natural language processing, or media intelligence tooling.
• Background in analytics or data visualization.
• Experience developing training materials or running enablement programs for non-technical teams.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company navigating fast-moving news cycles.
