What you will do

• Serve as product owner on an Agile development team.
• Define and prioritize the solution delivery roadmap and Product backlog.
• Evaluate input from multiple stakeholders to develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and collaborate with the delivery team on solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of payment methods, processing flows, and industry trends.
• Validate application functionality, engage in design reviews, and manage deployment dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in SQL and Google applications.
• Clear understanding of Payment transaction flows and related business concepts.
• Working experience in Agile Projects (Scrum Methodology).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in an IT environment, preferably in the payments/merchant acquiring industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
