What you will do

  • Co-lead integrated campaign concepting across digital, video, social, and multi-channel platforms.
  • Develop high-impact headlines, campaign copy, scripts, and brand messaging.
  • Elevate executive messaging and corporate storytelling for the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and provide performance guidance to the copy team.
  • Collaborate with design and account teams to ensure visual and verbal strategic alignment.
  • Oversee copy development from initial concept through final delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of copywriting experience, including significant agency background.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking and short-form video scripts.
  • Proven ability to craft and steward brand voice across consumer and corporate communications.
  • Experience partnering with C-suite leaders to translate strategy into compelling narratives.
  • Experience managing and developing writers or creative team members.
  • Authorized to work in the US (based on 401k and federal law requirements).
