What you will do

• Redefine customer communications across email, SMS, CRM, and in-app messaging from transactional to storytelling.
• Develop and own consistent brand voice for organic surfaces with emotional resonance.
• Collaborate with product, design, growth, and insights teams to turn user pain points into impactful messaging.
• Write lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, trust, and retention.
• Lead creative direction for product launches, feature comms, and customer education.
• Gather user insights from communities to shape authentic narratives and expand into social content.

Requirements

• 7+ years in creative marketing with focus on copywriting for CRM, email, SMS
• Experience in consumer startups or high-growth digital products
• Exceptional writing portfolio simplifying complex/emotional topics
• Expertise in copywriting, audience development, product positioning
• Understanding of digital communities like Reddit and social media
• First-principles thinking to create messaging from user insights
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, English or related
