What you will do

• Lead copy direction for brand and growth campaigns, launches, and key initiatives.
• Shape and steward hirify.global’s brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
• Support content and editorial team to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Partner with senior creatives, Art Directors, and Designers on impactful ideas.
• Translate business priorities into compelling creative strategies and executions.
• Mentor writers and creatives, fostering craft, curiosity, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years copywriting and creative leadership experience across brand and growth (agency/in-house)
• Portfolio showing strong campaign thinking, voice development, and writing craft
• Clear point of view on taste, storytelling, and effective creative
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction
• Confidence presenting creative rationale to diverse audiences
• Collaborative growth mindset
