What you will do

• Develop and communicate short and long-term product strategy and vision aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch for key growth products across four business units.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams for successful product delivery and go-to-market.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Manage the product management budget, build business cases, and monitor KPIs for product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a software development company.
• Proven track record of successfully leading product strategy and development for complex software products.
• Significant M&A and integration exposure.
• Strong leadership, team-building, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, technologies, market trends, agile, and user-centered design.
