What you will do
- Monitor inbound inquiries and assign leads in HubSpot.
- Build quotes from approved pricing structures and validate margins.
- Maintain accurate deal stages in HubSpot and update contact records.
- Prepare vendor documentation packets and coordinate shipment confirmations.
- Assist with proposal formatting and maintain shared pricing sheets.
Requirements
- Strong written English.
- High attention to detail.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Process-oriented mindset and comfortable working within SOPs.
- Must be able to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Boise time
Nice to have
- 2+ years in sales support or sales admin.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based sales teams.
- Experience in product or distribution businesses.
