What you will do
- Generate, update, and manage renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes, ensuring accuracy.
- Review and validate opportunity data in the CRM system for hygiene and compliance.
- Submit closed-won opportunities for processing and support custom quote requests.
- Track personal productivity metrics and collaborate actively in team meetings.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, renewal operations, or CRM-related roles.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
