PLM Project Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Define, implement, and monitor export control classification and compliance rules within PLM systems and cross-PSL architecture.
• Co-lead the GECS project and WP15 focused on Export Control and Intellectual Property.
• Work with IT and Enterprise Architects on data access controls, hosting solutions, and compliant cross-border digital workflows.
• Assess compliance impacts across cross-PSL epics and coordinate with DPIX, PSLs, Legal, Engineering, and Operations.
• Oversee ECCN and USML classification of digital assets and train product owners and engineers in clean-data handling.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, International Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Export Control, Trade Compliance, or Data Governance, preferably in aerospace, defence, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of international export control regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and European or national dual-use and military regulations.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management, digital engineering pipelines, identity and access management, and secure digital supply chains.
• Experience managing complex transversal projects and cross-portfolio deployments.
