Salary: $145,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and drive the development of existing initiatives comprising the product roadmap for hirify.global Cloud.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities, and help manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate with partners on the design, engineering, and security teams to ensure alignment on scope and timeline for each project.
• Deliver periodic status updates to the leadership team and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute feature launch strategies.
• Define, track, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze product usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics (prior experience with hirify.global preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals.
