Location: Remote, only authorized to work from approved US states (AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA). All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and visa sponsorship is not provided.
Compensation: Average On-Target Earnings (OTE) is between $60,000 and $120,000 USD, with uncapped commission potential.

What you will do
- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
- Educate clients on accounting and tax services using a consultative sales approach.
- Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up.
- Master CRM system and other sales tools for efficient pipeline management.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Expert communication skills for building trust and rapport via phone and video calls.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable and adaptable with new technology to enhance workflow.
- Provide own equipment: Quad-Core CPU, minimum 8 GB RAM (16GB preferred), minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload internet, Windows or Mac OS (No Linux), second monitor, webcam, and headset.
- Work in a designated home office where you will not be overheard due to sensitive financial information.
