What you will do
- Provide technical support for implemented applications.
- Monitor and efficiently resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Identify and manage specific or non-standard customer requirements.
- Test and validate new application features prior to launch.
- Perform custom configurations in applications based on internal customer processes.
- Migrate data from customer systems by importing information into databases.
- Collaborate with implementation and development departments to ensure smooth project transitions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an application support role.
- Good understanding of Microsoft SQL.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes (Personnel Administration/Payroll).
