What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide product/service information.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hirify.global products, services, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software (CRM systems) and basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
