What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers via email, chat, and screenshares.
- Communicate complex technical information in user-friendly ways to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Communicate customer-reported issues internally and triage them to the correct team.
- Act as a mentor for new hires during onboarding and a consultation resource for Technical Support Specialists.
Requirements
- 2+ years technical enterprise application support experience (SaaS experience is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
- Must have US work authorization.
