Product Manager

TL;DR

Product Manager (Product Management): Shaping product strategy, running discovery, and delivering iteratively with Engineering and Design with an accent on owning a product roadmap and measuring impact. Location: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite in Leeds, UK)

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum + package

What you will do

• Own the vision and strategy for your product area, aligned to organizational priorities.
• Maintain an outcome-based roadmap with hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing.
• Run continuous discovery, including customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and frontline insight.
• Validate problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments.
• Translate insights into clear opportunities, requirements, and prioritized work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role.
• Experience of owning a product roadmap.
• Experience of working with technical delivery teams.
• Comfortable working as part of a smaller team and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
