What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team initiatives for large-scale media solutions.
- Translate strategy into clear, dependency-aware plans and proactively manage risk across engineering, product, and data.
- Align diverse stakeholders across consumer surfaces, revenue teams, and external partners.
- Navigate competing priorities and influence without authority to achieve strategic revenue goals.
- Ensure program collaboration is reliable, measurable, and continuously improving.
- Drive rigor in experimentation, performance monitoring, and incident management.
Requirements
- 6+ years leading large-scale technical programs in agile environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-team initiatives involving backend services, front-end surfaces, and data systems.
- Strong operational rigor, risk management, release readiness, and dependency tracking.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong systems thinking, able to reason across architecture, dependencies, and business impact.
- Experience driving experimentation frameworks and data-informed decision-making.
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment in ambiguous environments.

- Engineering background or strong architectural fluency.
- 3+ years working in advertising or marketplace platforms.
