What you will do
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs.
- Oversee the program team, ensuring customer solutions and services are delivered on schedule and meet specifications.
- Define program scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and create comprehensive program plans.
- Manage detailed task assignments and activate escalation protocols as needed.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with established business goals.
- Implement a process for capturing and analyzing lessons learned to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a Program Manager position, preferably customer-facing.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
- Experience supporting or leading teams that include technical staff.
- Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as SmartSheet and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce.
- Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual or Spanish-speaking teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Ability to travel as needed (20% target).
