Program Manager Bilingual English/ Spanish

What you will do

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs.
• Oversee the program team, ensuring customer solutions and services are delivered on schedule and meet specifications.
• Define program scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and create comprehensive program plans.
• Manage detailed task assignments and activate escalation protocols as needed.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with established business goals.
• Implement a process for capturing and analyzing lessons learned to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in a Program Manager position, preferably customer-facing.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
• Experience supporting or leading teams that include technical staff.
• Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as SmartSheet and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce.
• Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual or Spanish-speaking teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Ability to travel as needed (20% target).
