What you will do

• Lead and evolve high-impact products with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Own and drive complex cross-functional projects, managing dependencies and risks.
• Partner with DevLeads, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leaders to align priorities.
• Deliver projects and programs on time, on budget, and with quality.
• Orchestrate team work and proactively manage risks.
• Assist teams in transformation and optimize their workflows.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Project Management, structuring plans and offerings.
• Experience managing end-to-end project development cycles.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and balance resources/priorities.
• Good communication skills in English.
