Korea Sales Manager (Fintech): Driving growth and expanding the advertiser base in the local Korean market with an accent on building sales pipelines, managing full sales cycles, and monitoring campaign performance. Focus on proactively identifying, approaching, and closing new advertisers, primarily in the Fintech space, and leveraging a strong network within Korean advertising agencies.

Location: Onsite in South Korea

What you will do

  • Own and grow commercial activity in the Korean market.
  • Leverage your network within Korean advertising agencies and brands to generate new business.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and close new advertisers, primarily in the Fintech space.
  • Build and maintain a strong local sales pipeline in collaboration with the SDR team.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and payment collection.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations to ensure strong campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital publishing sales, managing full-cycle sales.
  • Strong, active relationships within the Korean advertising market.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the local digital media landscape in Korea.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the local market.
  • Native Korean and high-level English proficiency (C1).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Manager.
