Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, with required attendance 3-4 days per week, specifically Tuesdays and Thursdays. Must be commutable to our NYC headquarters.

Salary: $80,000-$93,000 + target equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build and manage AI-automated workflows for initial creator outreach, leading rate and contract negotiations.
• Serve as a relationship owner for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, building trust and advocacy.
• Iterate on AI-assisted workflows for creator sourcing, contract tracking, content review, and campaign reporting.
• Keep campaign operations running smoothly by tracking active partnerships, key metrics, and deliverables.
• Assist in creative feedback rounds, ensuring hirify.global-quality creator content.
• Oversee posting logistics, including AI-automated delivery of instructions and approvals.
• Create and audit AI workflows for reporting on influencer program performance and surfacing trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media, or a related field.
• A social-native thinker with a sharp eye for great content, understanding the creator landscape across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Proven, hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate and complete workflows with agentic capabilities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to build trust quickly.
• Operational excellence in managing multiple partnerships across different stages simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with content capture platforms (e.g., Archive) or project management tools (Asana, Slite).
• Experience supporting influencer programs for vertical SaaS and/or beauty & wellness companies.
