TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading payment initiatives to improve payment success rate and contribute to the company's growth. Focus on reducing churn caused by payment failure and optimizing the overall authorization rate within payment providers.

Location: Remote – Portugal, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. This role is only open to candidates in Portugal.

What you will do

  • Improve authorization rate and contribute to the company’s bottom line.
  • Reduce payment losses with chargeback.
  • Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive product planning and manage the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with data and engineering teams to extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data.
  • Create OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs and track their progress.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.
  • Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
  • Organized with clear communication skills to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
  • Collaborative and approachable, building trust and working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with payments.
  • Prior experience with strong data analysis.
