What you will do

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across business and operational processes.
• Define and evolve the AI & Automation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Own initiative backlog, KPIs, and value tracking.
• Build business cases quantifying efficiency, cost, quality, and risk impact.
• Act as a business owner during delivery, coordinating stakeholders.
• Promote AI-enabled ways of working across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services (corporate banking, investment, private equity, venture capital).
• Experience in business operations, digital transformation, automation, or AI-related initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyse end-to-end processes and translate them into automation opportunities.
• Solid understanding of AI and automation concepts with practical application experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript).
• Understanding of APIs, JSON structures, and authentication concepts.
