• 8+ years’ experience in physical consumer product development.
• Background in lifestyle, home, furniture or design-led brands.
• Exposure to multi-SKU ranges with £10m+ category responsibility.
• Strong experience working with international manufacturers.
• Demonstrated ownership of margin and pricing strategy.
