Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Relocation support provided.

Salary: 6 400 — 8 000 €/month net

What you will do

• Lead, hire, and train technical personnel, fostering a transparent environment for growth.
• Define project requirements and develop detailed work schedules for the team.
• Delegate tasks and manage the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Collaborate with management to ensure all projects are completed to the required standard.
• Architect and develop in-house platforms and integrate 3rd party APIs.
• Actively participate in building and implementing new features from scratch.

Requirements

• English: Fluent level required.
• Location: Must be based in or relocate to Belgrade, Serbia.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and 5+ years in general web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Commercial experience implementing REST, WebSockets, and using Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
