TL;DR

What you will do
- Design and deploy automation solutions across the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
- Build workflows and trigger automations using Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Model and maintain scalable HR database structures and schemas.
- Develop custom logic and scripts in JavaScript for API integrations and data transformation.
- Integrate HR systems and internal tools via REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.
- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate manual people-operations problems into technical workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in database modeling and designing relational or semi-structured data models.
- Advanced JavaScript skills, including asynchronous patterns and clean code.
- Experience building automation with Low-Code/No-Code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, Retool, Bubble).
- Solid understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth patterns.
- English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
- Ability to map and break down manual business processes into automated workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR-tech, HRIS systems, or within a fintech/startup environment.
- Exposure to Node.js, Python, SQL, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (SuperSet, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or RPA (e.g., UIpath).
- Awareness of data privacy and compliance standards, specifically GDPR.
