What you will do

• Create and refine player-facing documentation, including user guides, online help, and product specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation by aligning with product updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams (developers, QA, compliance) to capture new features and procedures.
• Review and enhance existing materials to improve clarity, completeness, and user experience.
• Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases to support effective cross-team communication.
• Independently manage multiple documentation projects and deliver high-quality outputs across global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MadCap Flare, Git, HTML, CSS, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Skilled in research-driven, process-oriented writing with the ability to quickly absorb complex information.
• Experience in gaming or gambling industries, along with a strong foundation in math and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
