Content & AI Lead (AI/SEO): Overseeing the scaling of content production to drive organic and direct traffic, with an accent on optimizing for SEO and LLM visibility through website, social media, and video strategy. Focus on managing multiple content streams, guiding workflows for high output content generation and optimization, and building a strong organic presence in the AI age.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK with 4 days remote per month and 3 full weeks remote per year. An Oyster card will be fully covered for travel to and from the London office.

What you will do

• Own and drive strategy for maximizing visibility in AI-powered search, including multi-format content production and optimization.
• Monitor brand presence and accuracy in AI assistant responses and track LLM visibility metrics.
• Manage external content production agencies and lead internal content managers to deliver high-quality, keyword-optimized content.
• Lead creative visual strategies that capture audience attention, drive engagement, and build social presence.
• Develop scalable content workflows and production systems balancing velocity with quality and performance.
• Own organic traffic growth targets, monitor content performance, and identify growth opportunities through data analysis.

Requirements

• Deep understanding and experience with Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) principles and how LLMs process content.
• Strong understanding of traditional SEO with a focus on the modern AI search landscape.
• Data-driven approach with a proven track record of hitting organic growth targets.
• Experience with analytics platforms and ability to translate performance data into strategic decisions.
• Strong visual creative instinct and proven ability to direct visual content (graphics, video, multimedia).
• English proficiency required (B2 level) for application and CV submission.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, German, or Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technical product marketing.
• Experience with video production and editing.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and optimisation.
