What you will do
- Develop and execute creative copy for various channels, ensuring alignment with the hirify.global brand.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and toolkits for the creative team and wider business.
- Harness AI tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and creative delivery.
- Provide ongoing support for existing tools through training, onboarding, and prompt engineering.
- Act as an AI champion by supporting AI software submissions and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Present concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of verbal communication, storytelling, and brand building.
- A highly creative individual with a proven ability to translate complex propositions into simple, audience-centric copy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Expert knowledge of copywriting principles, with a strong understanding of tone of voice, brand messaging, and storytelling.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools and creative automation within a creative team.
- Fixed term contract length - 12 months
Nice to have
- 4-8 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative department.
- Experience working within the regulated energy sector would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Asana.
- Experience with AI and creative automation tools, such as Google Gemini, Notebook LM, Asana AI Studio, and Celtra.
- A strong understanding of current communication trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
