What you will do

• Post to social platforms daily, adhering to specific instructions for captions, tags, and formatting.
• Manage the content queue in SocialPilot, ensuring correct scheduling and monitoring for failed posts.
• Internalize the client’s existing curriculum to maintain contextual and brand voice consistency.
• Operate with a focus on immediate daily output, without extended planning phases.
• Maintain active communication during PST business hours for real-time adjustments.

Requirements

• Obsessive detail orientation and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• 100% availability and responsiveness during California business hours (PST).
• Expert or high familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram (Reels), and Facebook.
• Proficiency in SocialPilot, Canva, and CapCut for scheduling and minor visual/video edits.
• Effective communication using Slack/WhatsApp and Google Workspace.
