What you will do

• Concept, shoot, and edit social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Translate brand purpose into authentic, platform-native moments that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.
• Produce lo-fi, high-impact content using a mix of smartphones, DSLRs, and basic lighting setups.
• Collaborate with social media managers to align content with publishing calendars and real-time cultural trends.
• Utilize Gen AI tools for ideation, visual references, and copy exploration to enhance the creative process.
• Ensure all assets meet platform specifications, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social content creation with a portfolio showing genuine audience engagement.
• Technical proficiency in the full production cycle: concepting, shooting, and editing.
• Solid skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent editing tools.
• Deep fluency in social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and current creator culture.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Dubai for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience working with beauty, personal care, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar).
• Photography skills for still social content.
• Knowledge of social analytics to inform creative decisions.
