What you will do

• Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for Local AI applications, aligning with company objectives and user privacy ethos.
• Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, partnering with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams for successful launches.
• Engage with users, developers, and researchers to identify market opportunities and deliver intuitive experiences in local AI environments.
• Lead the ideation, prioritization, and definition of features for Local AI apps, leveraging on-device processing.
• Create simple wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and align stakeholders.
• Build and own go-to-market plans, collaborating with expansion and marketing teams to position Local AI apps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years managing AI-powered applications, preferably Local AI.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts including on-device inference, model optimization, and edge computing.
• Expertise in feature design, prioritization, and roadmap development for AI products with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder communication, presenting complex ideas, and building consensus.
• Ability to design simple wireframes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies, product analytics tools, and user research techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Local AI frameworks or tools (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, ONNX Runtime).
• Experience in blockchain or P2P technologies, particularly in decentralized AI contexts.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for mobile/desktop apps, including accessibility and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in AI applications.
