What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of casino gaming digital products and features, ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, and technical standards.
• Draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed product specifications.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate product features, collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and development teams.
• Manage and evaluate third-party technology vendors, overseeing onboarding and integration into gaming infrastructure.
• Act as the key liaison among internal teams and present product updates and milestones to leadership.
• Champion guest/player experience, analyzing behavior and feedback to inform continuous product improvements.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers and analytics teams to define KPIs and use data insights for feature refinement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on gaming, retail sportsbook, or igaming products.
• Experience in a regulated industry, such as gaming, finance, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming technology, and digital product lifecycles.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Figma, Miro, Analytics dashboards).
• Proficiency in using AI-powered product management, design, and analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
