What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy for internal AI transformation platforms.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Design new internal AI platforms and define user journeys and integration requirements.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, including discovery, specifications, delivery, testing, and iteration.
• Lead pilots, stress testing, beta programs, and real-environment deployment of AI products.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate roadmap and impact to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or platform management with technical business analysis experience.
• Proven knowledge of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, ML, prompt design).
• Strong systems-thinking and multi-system integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Demonstrated full ownership across the product lifecycle and platform evolution.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and best-in-class designed platforms and automation-driven products.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI transformation, workflow automation, or internal developer platforms.
• Background in operations-heavy environments (support, fintech, SaaS).
• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integration patterns, or automation frameworks.
