What you will do

• Lead the execution of the DevOps strategy and roadmap to ensure secure, automated delivery of applications and infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, guiding them in delivering high-quality cloud solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve quality.
• Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for consistency and scalability.
• Implement comprehensive observability practices, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Embed security and compliance controls into DevOps processes and champion continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK, as employment sponsorship is not provided.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster collaboration across development, operations, and security functions.
• Extensive experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability platforms and best practices.
