📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll processing for bi-monthly and monthly cycles.
• Analyze and document country payroll control frameworks.
• Manage ad hoc projects; liaise with Finance/HR and payroll provider.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and monthly payroll audits.
• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.
• Support Finance with month-end close and reporting.
• Regularly review payroll processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Address escalated payroll issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to take ownership of payroll processes;
• Problem solving mindset and positive attitude;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and other formulas)
