What you will do

• Execute daily and weekly reconciliations for assigned APMs, matching provider settlement files and bank movements to internal records.
• Support the investigation of discrepancies, including missing or duplicate transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and fees.
• Maintain documentation and control evidence, contributing to dashboards and KPIs.
• Support month-end close activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in finance, operations, or a related field.
• A strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and structured processes.
• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivots, lookups, and basic formulas.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts and an eagerness to learn payments operations.
• Clear communication skills and an ownership mindset for tracking issues and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Working proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Nice to have

• SQL basics or exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Internship or entry-level experience in fintech, PSPs, banking operations, reconciliation, or accounting.
• Any exposure to banking or payments operations, including back-office, treasury operations, or reconciliation support.
