Founding Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Murphy HQ in Barcelona, Spain.

What you will do

• Build and own the product design system.
• Transform a stack of tools and an existing service into a cohesive product.
• Design simple, intuitive experiences for complex payment-recovery workflows.
• Prototype product concepts with AI and validate solutions quickly.
• Work deeply on ambiguous problems and drive design decisions through to outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong product design experience with excellent visual and interaction design judgment.
• Experience designing for desktop web products.
• Ability to build, prototype, and turn complex concepts into simple user experiences.
• High ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and uncompromising attention to quality.
• Availability for hybrid work from Barcelona.
