Medior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week. Applicants must currently be located in Barcelona and have the right to work in Spain.

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 gross annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end digital products for apps and websites, including wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final interfaces.
• Create UX-optimized email, newsletter, transactional, and lifecycle communication designs with strong engagement, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Contribute to and champion scalable multi-brand design systems across digital touchpoints.
• Conduct benchmark research and validation sessions to support design decisions with data and user feedback.
• Collaborate with front-end and email developers on technical feasibility, handover, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Facilitate or co-lead workshops and brainstorming sessions with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital, UX, or product design in an agency or in-house environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating the design process from problem definition to solution, including wireframes, prototypes, final UI, responsive products, and/or email design.
• Deep proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and responsive design.
• Experience with email client layouts, media queries, and email rendering limitations is beneficial.
• Fluent English and the right to work in Spain are required; Dutch is highly desirable.
