What you will do

• Manage project scope and timelines for WordPress-based projects.
• Guide and coach teams on agile framework principles and practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project needs, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Ensure commercial awareness, including budget status and resource allocation.
• Build partnership relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
• Develop creative and technical judgment to strive for high-quality output and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in a scrum master / agile delivery role.
• Strong experience applying scrum and a wider awareness of agile principles.
• Experience working in an enterprise agency environment or hands-on expertise with Scrum practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Must be able to commit to an 8 month contract.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or similar qualifications.
