What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with marketing vendor stakeholders.
- Develop joint marketing plans aligned with local business partners, vendor goals, and hirify.global’s strategy.
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns, events, webinars, and digital programs.
- Create structured briefs for internal graphic designers, digital teams, and external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales organization to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue targets.
- Continuously analyse results, present insights to vendors, and optimize activities to drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Creative and solution-oriented marketing professional with a proactive mindset.
- Commercially driven and results-focused, comfortable working with data, numbers, and budgets.
- Ability to present strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, vendors, sales organizations, and internal departments.
- Experience within IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or the broader technology industry.
- Must be able to work onsite in Solna, Sweden.
