What you will do

• Manage and optimize large-scale social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop platform strategies, including budget allocation, KPIs, target audiences, and format selection.
• Mentor junior specialists on operational tasks and time management to ensure client profitability.
• Collaborate across disciplines to identify client improvement areas and implement best practices.
• Analyze campaign performance and present results, trends, and strategies in internal and client meetings.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in full-funnel social media buying with a performance focus.
• Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and proficiency in LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience using dashboards and third-party analytics platforms.
• University degree in digital marketing or equivalent education.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Legal right to work in Sweden.
