What you will do

• Own the creative strategy for dedicated user segments, identifying and scaling high-performing concepts.
• Execute weekly testing plans and develop hypotheses to derive actionable learnings.
• Build an insight foundation through trend reports, competitor analysis, and user research.
• Collaborate closely with motion and graphic designers from ideation to final production.
• Elevate creative quality by analyzing performance and challenging underperforming assets.

Requirements

• Proven track record in creative or product marketing roles focused on driving user acquisition.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and translating insights into creative directions.
• Excellent communication skills for crafting briefs, providing feedback, and building actionable plans.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms with experience managing creative testing on Meta.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Stockholm for in-person collaboration.
