What you will do

• Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage product roadmapping and feature prioritization for information systems.
• Define and deliver measurable success metrics aligned with business outcomes.
• Understand and document business processes, requirements, scenarios, and pain points.
• Lead user research to deeply understand internal stakeholder needs and workflows.
• Manage the agile development process, including sprint and release planning and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Product Management or Business Analyst experience in SaaS implementations.
• Ability to translate effectively between business and technical stakeholders.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects.
