What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small Privacy & Compliance team, promoting a compliance-by-design mindset.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and engineering teams to identify regulatory risks and translate legal requirements into practical product solutions.
• Take ownership of privacy and compliance initiatives from problem identification to implementation.
• Conduct data protection assessments and audits, maintain internal privacy frameworks and policies, and deliver internal trainings.
• Advise on key digital regulations, including DSA, OSA, consumer protection, and online safety requirements.
• Support and progressively take ownership of intellectual property matters, including IP protection strategy, enforcement coordination, and dispute management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, IP or technology law (EU/UK/US), ideally in tech, platforms or gaming.
• Strong practical GDPR expertise (policies, DPAs, DPIAs and risk assessments).
• Experience working directly with product and technical teams in dynamic environments.
• Ability to balance legal risk with product and business objectives.
• Professional English and Russian are required.
