What you will do

• Manage the scoping, planning, and implementation of business and change initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with defined benefits.
• Maintain core project documentation including Project Briefs, PIDs, Project Plans, RAID logs, and board-level updates.
• Own and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, developing contingency plans where required.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and client stakeholders against agreed performance measures.
• Provide oversight across multiple projects, ensuring governance and consistency in delivery standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and change management within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of managerial functions including planning, organising, budgeting, and evaluation.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholder groups to achieve shared objectives.
• Skilled in risk and issue management, financial control, and programme governance.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project planning software.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and remote delivery teams.
