TL;DR

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multiple medium-scale projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Support senior project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in establishing and refining PMO processes, templates, and best practices.
• Support portfolio reporting, resource tracking, and project prioritisation activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in project coordination or project management.
• Proven contribution to successful project delivery in cross-functional, dynamic environments.
• Experience with technology projects, software development, or IT implementations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiar with MS Project or similar PM tools.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Teams, Slack, or Confluence.
• Solid understanding of PMI standards and agile principles.

Nice to have

• CAPM or progress toward PMP preferred.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) desirable.
