What you will do

• Own and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms (Okta, IGA/IAM, Google Workspace, Slack, PagerDuty).
• Design and automate identity lifecycle processes (SCIM & non-SCIM provisioning).
• Architect secure SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA policies, RBAC, and access governance.
• Build scalable automation frameworks using Python/PowerShell/Bash and REST APIs.
• Integrate with SaaS platforms like ServiceNow.
• Apply DevOps best practices (CI/CD, Git, monitoring, configuration management).

Requirements

• 5–7 years managing enterprise collaboration and IAM platforms.
• Deep expertise in Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, SCIM, custom integrations, API automation).
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and PagerDuty.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles and authentication flows.
• Strong scripting and API integration skills.
• Cloud experience (GCP required; AWS/Azure a plus).

Nice to have

• ServiceNow automation experience.
• Infrastructure-as-Code exposure.
