What you will do

• Develop, test, and optimize the value proposition of marketing funnels based on a deep understanding of user needs in different traffic channels.
• Manage the full cycle of work with the marketing funnel: from generating ideas and designing to implementation and further analysis.
• Use growth hacking techniques to improve user engagement and increase conversion.
• Analyze competitors and research the market to form a marketing strategy.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, design, and development teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Experience as a PMM or in related roles: UAM, CM, Analyst, Marketer, Product.
• Experience with A/B testing, market research, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw practical conclusions.
• Experience in effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to take responsibility.
• English - Upper-Intermediate level and higher.
