As Solution Engineer, you will own the technical onboarding for FunnelFox products, configure integrations, and act as the key technical partner for customers and internal teams. You will have strong product influence and solve complex technical challenges daily.
Who you’ll work with
Join our Solution team, where technical expertise and business impact go hand in hand. We work closely with customers, dive deep into their cases, and translate complex needs into clear, workable solutions with FunnelFox. You’ll represent the product, support sales with confidence, build technical trust, and play a key role in converting interest into long-term partnerships and revenue.
What you’ll do
Lead technical onboarding and integration of FunnelFox products including Funnels and Billing
Configure and validate integrations across analytics, payment providers, and event flows
Participate in sales calls to address technical questions from prospects
Monitor customer onboarding progress, track statuses, and unblock issues to ensure timely completion
Serve as internal product expert, provide feedback and escalate improvements to product and solution teams
Own customer communication by setting expectations, providing updates, and delivering clear next steps
About you
Your experience includes Solution, Integration, or Technical Account Management roles
Your technical skills cover APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and event-based data flows
Your ability to define and validate integration flows like analytics events and payment provider logic is strong
Your hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA
Your understanding of payment flows and transaction statuses is solid
Your communication skills allow you to explain technical concepts clearly to any audience
Your English level is excellent (C1 minimum)
Your ownership mindset enables you to run multiple onboarding projects independently
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Stripe or other payment providers
Basic scripting or API debugging skills using Postman or JavaScript basics
Background in sales engineering or presales
